Catherine Suh leads Human Resources for Ambry Genetics and its parent company REALM IDx as Senior Vice President, People. She initially joined Ambry in 2016 during a time of hypergrowth for the company to implement a scalable infrastructure that could support a dynamic organization. During her tenure at Ambry, she’s led the company through several transitions, starting with the acquisition of Ambry by KMI. In her role as head of HR for REALM IDx, she successfully centralized HR programs and systems across REALM IDx’s subsidiaries. Prior to Ambry, she was a HR Business Partner at Experian Consumer Services where she gained extensive experience working in a large global organization with heavy M&A activity. For over 15 years, Catherine has worked in highly regulated environments in healthcare, financial technology and biotech. She has worked closely alongside leaders during times of growth and transformation to align the HR strategy with the business strategy. Catherine earned an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
