  • This is the largest cohort of APC I1307K homozygotes reported to date.
  • APC I1307K homozygotes do not appear to have an increased risk for polyposis or other features associated with classic FAP, although one had a desmoid tumor.
  • Similar to heterozygotes, homozygotes appear to have an increased risk for colorectal cancer.
