In this session, we will explore the practice of genetic test utilization management in laboratories, hospitals and health plans, all of which share the goal of identifying the right test for the right patient at the right time.  We will discuss the different ways that each stakeholder group practices utilization management with the goal of improving the services they deliver.  Further, we will explore current technological and cultural barriers to utilization management efficiency and effectiveness, as well as potential solutions for a more integrated future state.
