CDKN2A c.146T>C (p.I49T) is a high frequency variant found primarily in the Hispanic population
>50% of carriers reported a personal and/or family history of pancreatic cancer and/or melanoma and among these, pancreatic cancer was approximately twice as prevalent as melanoma.
